An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Kelly's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:

  • Body fat
  • Weight
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Physical endurance
  • Muscle strength

One on One In-home (yours or mine) Personal Training
One on one training brought to your home, facility or local park.  I bring everything you need for an effective overall workout.  Inludes circuit training, cardio, weight training, kickboxing, conditioning and functional training. Your place or mine!

Bridal Bootcamp
12 Week Transformation program designed to help you achieve the "best you" for your important day.  This program includes a nutrition and exercise program.  Training and diet coach.  Ask to see my gallery of before and after pictures!

Dance Lessons
Individual and group beginner lessons available.
Bride and Groom couples dance lessons.  Make your first dance the dance of your dreams.
I also offer bridal party line dance lessons..teach your bridal party to "get the party started".

Strength Training
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Counseling
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way. I will introduce you to IDEAL PROTEIN, the last diet you will ever need.

Ongoing Training and Support
I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
